A SCAD club that cares about sustainability in fashion and creating an open space for discussion across majors.

A SCAD club that preaches sustainability and makes others feel bad for shopping fast fashion. We do not preach, and we do not put down others.

What we do

Create a network across majors to motivate others to challenge what sustainable fashion means and how it can be incorporated into our lives.

Why we do it

We live in a world dominated by fast fashion with seemingly few other options. People should have a stimulating and supportive open forum to discuss our other options. Slow fashion and sustainability should be fun and accessible.

How we do it

We combine presentations and events to create an open forum and spread the word about slow fashion. We use a horizontal club approach where everyone in leadership positions are equal and share responsibilities.
